Kerri Sagraves is the founder and leader of Rooted Oaks, a ministry to those in need or desire of a deeper relationship with God through Jesus Christ. She is a wife, mother of four, and former public-school elementary teacher. Kerri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Lee University along with minors in Drama and Bible. Kerri was a member of the Kingdom Players drama ministry team while a student at Lee University and has served in multiple roles as Park West Church, including as co-director of Adult Discipleship.

Tiffany was born and raised in East Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a degree in Marketing. Tiffany worked in Sales and Product Training for several years, ultimately leading her back to her family’s firm, ERISA Services, Inc in 2017, where she is a Shareholder and Director of Business Development. Tiffany enjoys babysitting her niece and nephew, running, hiking, spending time with her family and friends when she is not involved with ministry at Park West Church in Knoxville.

Secretary and Director of Small Groups

Lacey was born in Richmond, VA and much of her childhood in Cape Town, South Africa. She graduated from University of Tennessee with a degree in Human Ecology then spent the next several years as an elementary teacher for Knox County Schools. After the birth of her oldest daughter, she took a position at a homeschool co-op for several years then transitioned into educating her own children full time at home. Currently Lacey divides her time between homeschooling her children, running a small food business, serving at her church, and spending time with her husband, two daughters and other loved ones.

Jeremy McGinnis has served in ministry since 1998 at Park West Church in Knoxville TN. In 2018 he assumed the role of Lead Pastor. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministry from Lee University and two Masters degrees; Master of Arts in Church Ministries in Counseling and a Master Divinity in Pastoral Leadership. He earned a doctorate in leadership from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. Jeremy has served on Church of God State ministry boards including State Youth Board, State Council, and the Knoxville Dream Center. He and his wife, Heather, have three children, Elise, Luke and Ella Kate.

Felicia Spratley

Felicia graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development. She also earned a Masters degree in Education, Holistic Teaching and Learning from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Felicia has also earned over 20 hours towards her Masters of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary; she successfully completed a Counseling Internship with Infusion Ministries. Felicia is a former Literacy Coach for the State of Tennessee, for East Tennessee, and currently serves as an independent educational consultant. Felicia and her husband, Derek, have three daughters, Maya, Amaris and Faith.
